Spring Greens

Spring Greens,  9 x 12",  oil

I dug out a nearly finished roll of linen today that I hadn't used in a long while. It is much more textured than my usual surface, but seemed just right for all the twigs and grasses in this landscape.
(Claessens #66 Single Oil Primed ) I enjoyed the change and always feel it's a good thing to change it up now and then.

Bonjour chère Mary,

Un petit coin de paradis... Mon regard batifole dans toutes ces nuances de vert.
Très belle peinture.
