Color Compliments - detail

I had no particular idea for a painting today, and tossed a few paint tubes down on a table with some brushes. Had I worked out the composition a bit better beforehand, it wouldn't have taken me as long as it did. But, I kept having to adjust values to lead the eye around a bit better than was happening naturally. The darks at the top weren't really there, and that edge kept leading the eye off the page. So, bringing in the suggestions of more paint tubes helped things out by breaking that line.

Very good the two works, very colorful and very real what represents our day to day so familiar with brushes and colors.
Congratulations.
Best regards.
