Fall River View - orange and blue compliments

Fall River View                        oil                 8" x 10"
Not a lot of time to post today, but I did have time to paint this scene from the Grand Ronde River in Washington. I was drawn to the orange and blue compliments of fall leaves and blue water.

Cet arbre vient illuminer encore davantage ce bel environnement.

I echo what Celeste said, it is a perfect scene. The feeling of distance is awesome and the colors sing. Your art is always good for me to see,Mary.

Ooh, the orange and blue are really striking together, and not a common pair. This is really beautifully done!
