Lifeguard - beach painting of Hawaii

Lifeguard                                 oil                                    7"x 9"
This is from Oahu again and gives you a glimpse of another beautiful beach. All the palms provided a great canopy of shade as they fanned us with ocean breezes. This is a deceptive scene, making it look like this guy has the easiest job in the world.... just sit back.... relax....oh wait..... there's that life saving part!

Really well done. You captured the shadow areas in an amazing way. I usually go too dark!

J'aime l'atmosphère de cette dernière peinture et la lumière qui vient balayer et adoucir les palmes de vos arbres... Un endroit idéal qui fait rêver...
Quel magnifique travail, toutes mes félicitations.
Gros bisous

love the little bits of red scattered about. I'm afraid someone might drown if I was sitting under that palm... too relaxing :)
