Pellegrino & Pansy

Pellegrino and Pansies  oil  7" x 5"
I am out of town, but thought I'd do a repeat post of one of my favorites. The fresh spring greens of the glass here seemed just right with the off white of the pansies, as they have a yellow cast. Once again, it's a simple set-up but I thought a nice pairing of everyday objects.

I can see why its one of your favorites paintings, Mary. The glass bottle is very realistic and the pansy's so colorful! nicely done.!!
