Priority Mail

 Priority Mail     9"x9"    oil                $200
 I know I've spent my share of time in line, waiting to send off paintings, gifts, and cards lately. This mail box was a cheery sign that someone was thinking of the mail person who delivers on this route. Three cheers for the USPO and all the folks trying to bring good things to our doors by Christmas!

What a great painting, Mary! Simple subject, spot on values - and that's not easy in a 'snow' painting! Hope he/she leaves something nice for you in your own mailbox...
