Sundrops

Sundrops       9"x 9"        oil         on reserve
This title is vague I know, but I don't remember the name of the blossom, at Manito Park in Spokane. They had  delicate bell shaped blossoms and pointed leaves with a kind of woody stem. Look familiar to anyone out there?

This is lovely. Soft and powerful.

Beautifully rendered. I feel as if the blooms are reaching out of the picture plane, and I could almost touch them.

Great composition, and whatever these flowers may be, they look very natural and full of life. A nice energetic piece.
