On Belizian Time oil 9"x 6"
I don't know whether this woman was waiting for a friend or a drink or she just wanted to sit for awhile, but I so identified with her. You can always find a perch to wait and have a good people watching time, or find a view to the ocean. Perhaps she was waiting for a Belikan, which is the local brew or a rum and coke at the San Pedro bar/deck she sat in. But, I can tell you for sure, she was in no hurry to move on......
